We do not have a 24-hour concierge service but our staff will be more than happy to help you in any case and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We also arrange your transfers to and from the airport with our shuttle from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm.

We are working with Alpine Express to organise your transfer from the hotel / airport to Verbier. They could also arrange airport transfers anywhere in Switzerland.
